As I reflect on my journey, a question lingers: What if I had the wisdom I have today back then? Would it have changed the course of my life?
When I think about the past, I often feel a bit sad remembering the choices I made and opportunities I missed. Yet, I’ve come to realize that focusing too much on these moments can only hold me back. The past can’t be changed, but how we view it can be transformed.
In my role as a transformational coach, I’ve learned that lasting change goes deeper than just changing behaviors or environment; it starts with changing how you see yourself. Thinking back to my university days, I remember facing tough challenges, but I didn’t give up and graduated. Only now do I realize that my strength lay in my resilience and determination, qualities I hadn’t fully appreciated. Unfortunately, my self-concept, shaped by unconscious beliefs, limited my sense of fulfillment and confidence.
Today, with my knowledge and self-awareness, I see how understanding my inner barriers and embracing my true potential would have made all the difference. My goal wouldn’t have been just graduation; it would have included personal growth, building confidence, and pursuing opportunities beyond what I could imagine.
Now, I’m determined to break free from those inner barriers that once held me back. My mission is to create the life I’ve always imagined deep within me.
Have you ever thought about your journey and the untapped potential within you?
With Love and Gratitude,
